ORDER USING SECURE ONLINE SHOPPING CART - Secure Online ordering of all products is available by clicking on the red "Buy Now" buttons and following the directions that will be displayed as you go.  Please fill the online order form out correctly, we will need the following information:

• The name as it appears on the credit card. This is the embossed name of the issued user.
• We need the Exact Billing Address. (Where you receive your Bank Statement).
• We need Your Shipping Address (if different than the billing address). If you are having the goods sent to work place, please include the company name. Please add Suite Numbers, Apartment Numbers, or any Special Address Information. Please double check all your information prior submitting your order.
• We need a current phone number so our sales staff or UPS can contact you regarding your shipment if necessary.

Credit Card transactions are encrypted to ensure confidentiality and orders are processed promptly.

• We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.  
• A handling fee of $3.50 will be added to each order.
• All Shipments are F.O.B. Indianapolis.

Price Matching Policy:

North American Race Parts (NARP) is pleased to match any final price in excess of $100 retail-sales-price, of product that is identical, normally stocked, and available for immediate shipment.  Final prices include applicable taxes and shipping costs.  Verification from catalogs, flyers, website or a written quote from an authorized dealer of such product is required.  NARP will not match grey market product or items imported through non-authorized distribution channels.

Backorders:

While most items are in stock for immediate shipment, occasionally an item will be backordered.  In-stock items will ship immediately, while back ordered items will ship as soon as possible when available.  Please contact us promptly is you would wish to cancel a backorder.

Returns and Exchange Policy:

Returns and Exchanges will require authorization within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Defective products may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with an explanation completed on the back of the invoice.

• No Returns on Electrical Items unless defective.
